Web-Based BlackBerry® Training

The Web-based or On-line, On-demand BlackBerry courses have been designed using streaming video technology so as to best replicate the instructor-led classroom version of the class; the student is taking the class and completing course exercises on his own handheld. The on-line format is ideal for today's busy professional in that the course may be taken any time, any where and at your own pace as long as you have a connection to the Internet.

Organized into modules and topics, each course has a Topic Summary page that will allow users to easily navigate from one Module or Topic to the next. Topics that have been already viewed by the user will be designated as such on the Topic Summary page. Our platform allows subscribers to email their help questions to one of our BlackBerry experts, significantly diminishing the need for in-house BlackBerry help desk support.

The Web-based courses are ideal for BlackBerry deployments ranging from just a handful of users to several thousand users. Why? It's not only economical and comprehensive, it will dramatically reduce internal resources required to support a BlackBerry deployment.
