Support terms vary by Training Venue and are detailed below. Questions are often/typically answered via email the same day they are submitted; however, depending on the volume of requests our support team is processing, response times can be longer.

It is important to note that BlackBerryTraining.com will only provide support for student questions that have to do with user features of the handheld. Neither our training nor our support cover any trouble-shooting or BlackBerryEnterprise Server related questions. Please note that Research in Motion, Ltd. does offer very comprehensive fee-based support plans that cover all facets of the BlackBerrysolution. See the BlackBerry website for additional information.

Instructor-Led Course

Students receive 60-days of email-based support starting on the date the class was conducted. Students will receive their support email address the day of class.

Web-Based Course

Students receive email-based support throughout the 30-day term of their on-line license. The email support function is built into the platform of the course.

Enterprise License

Students receive email-based support throughout the 1-year term of their On-Demand course if an Annual Maintenance Agreement is purchased. (see Enterprise License section of BlackBerryTraining.com for details).
