Custom On-Demand BlackBerry® Training

The On-Demand Training Venue is ideal for organizations with large BlackBerry deployments exceeding 1000 units. Under this platform, clients host an existing (i.e. non-custom) course on their own internal servers or can have BlackBerryTraining.com custom create one to suit their specific needs. Annual Maintenance Agreement

Research in Motion, Ltd. releases new software and handheld models each calendar year. Such releases provide new features and functionality. BlackBerryTraining.com clients may purchase an Annual Maintenance Agreement at the same time that they purchase their On-Demand package. The Annual Maintenance Agreement will give clients the ability to upgrade their non-custom, On-Demand course at no charge. The Annual Maintenance Agreement also entitles the client to email-based user support throughout the one-year term of the Maintenance Agreement.

Benefits

-Lower Per User Costs than Available Under Web-based Plans: For BlackBerry deployments in excess of 1000 units, per user costs will fall below the $35/license cost that exists under the Platinum level (i.e. least expensive) Web-based plan. This is true for any pre-built course and will also be true for any custom-built course depending on the size of your deployment.

-No 30-day Limitation on User Licenses: The term of a Custom, On-demand Package, is one year. As such, all users under your entire 1000+ unit deployment have access to the training for an entire year. Users are not limited to the 30-day term as are users under our Web-based plans.

-Customization Option: For an additional fee, BlackBerryTraining.com will custom create your own course, implementing company-specific BlackBerry policies and content into the class. Final costs will depend on the level of customization.

-Better Presentation Quality: Customization entails not only course content but also company-specific software, hardware and Internet Connectivity profiles which need to be taken into account to create an ideal course to optimize presentation quality and delivery relative to what is offered via the Web-based course platforms.

-One Year of Email-based Support with Annual Maintenance Agreement: All BlackBerry Users are entitled to email-based support with the purchase of an annual Maintenance Agreement.
